Hit the North Presenters marathon broadcast.

On Saturday 21st June Ulster Hospital Radio Presenters Andrew Kane, Leonard Johnston presented a daylight hour marathon broadcast.

The programme started at 4:47am and stayed on air until 10:04pm, with Andy Kane and Leonard Johnston constantly in the studio.

"To demonstrate that we actually were there for the full 17 hours 17 minutes of daylight we decided to keep to a rule where a live link must be broadcast every three records. We had a really fun day and raised the profile of the station in the hospital greatly." Leonard Johnston, Station Secretary said.

The broadcast couldn't have been possible without the help of many support staff who gave up a few hours of their day to help.
